Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the contact information, occasion, service preferences and project details you enter. This may include a recipient’s name, a delivery address, a card message, event or installation details, and an optional inspiration image. If you arrive through a tagged campaign link, the request may include its campaign source. Please provide only information needed for your request and share another person’s details only when appropriate. Do not upload payment details or other sensitive information.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to review your request, communicate with you, prepare quotes, coordinate agreed services and maintain our business records. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. We do not publish your inquiry or inspiration upload as portfolio content through this form.
Storage and service providers
Requests and optional uploads are stored for private studio review. Website hosting and storage providers process data to operate the site; Resend processes email notifications and acknowledgments, and our email provider handles business correspondence. Providers may process data in locations outside your state or country. Authorized studio access is required to view the inquiry record. No online transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies, links and technical information
The website does not currently load third-party advertising or analytics trackers. Hosting and email providers may process technical information such as network addresses, delivery records and security logs to operate their services. Private studio sign-in may use necessary authentication storage. Links to Instagram, TikTok, Linktree and other websites are governed by those services’ own privacy practices.
Retention and your choices
Inquiry records remain available in the studio inbox until removed; there is no automatic deletion schedule currently configured. Contact us to request access, a correction or deletion of information associated with your inquiry. We may need to verify the request and retain records needed for active services, business records or legal obligations. Email providers may retain separate correspondence and backups.

We will update this page when the website’s information practices change. The effective date above identifies the current policy.
